How long does it take to repair a motor, and what if I need my motor repaired immediately?
Beaudry Electric Motor’s standard turnaround time is currently 3-4 weeks, not including shipping.
We do offer expediting options:
This allows us to put your order at the head of our standard repair orders queue. Only emergency orders will have priority over Rush orders.
Turn-around time is within 1 week subject to parts available, not including shipping.
Rush fee: Minimum $50.00 or 25% of the quoted cost, whichever is greater.
Emergency Orders (Overtime)
This allows us to put your order as the top priority ahead of our standard repair orders and rush orders.
Turnaround time is 1 to 3 days subject to parts availability. Not including shipping.
Emergency Fee: Minimum $100.00 or 50% of the quote cost, whichever is greater.
Do you offer service calls?

Can I buy a new motor from you?

What are my payment options?
Credit card, cash, and personal check. *Cash and Check transactions can only be done at the home location.
Online payments must be made via credit card.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. 1 year for standard repairs and 2 years for rewinds. New Motors and VFD drives have a factory warranty. If there is a problem with a new motor or VFD, customers must contact us about the problem first. We will take the problem to the manufacturer and contact the customer with the details.
